As owners of these trusted value and service-oriented hotels, the 360° Hotel Group delivers a hospitality experience with an unmatched level of service, comfort and value. The company has a 134-guestroom upscale all-suites Staybridge Suites hotel under construction in Mukilteo, Washington, and has options on several hotel development sites in the Pacific Northwest.

360° Hotel Group has the unique ability (and proven track record!) to develop, acquire, renovate, own and manage franchised and independent hotels. The company is authorized to own and operate hotels carrying Marriott, Hilton, Intercontinental Hotel Group and Best Western brand flags.

On the development side, the company is equipped to research and identify appropriate sites for hotel development, taking into account physical, financial and market factors in order to select only the most successful hotel locations. 360° prides itself on innovative and high quality construction with a focus on creating an outstanding product. On the operational side, we have a high quality professional management team that provides close oversight of service, operations, management, sales, revenue management and human resources. Accounting for all properties is centralized at the corporate office and each property is also linked to web-based specialty hotel accounting software.
