SEATTLE-BASED HOSPITALITY GROUP ANNOUNCES NEW NAME
360˚ Hotel Group Will Continue to Deliver Quality and Service

Seattle, Wash. – July 27, 2006 – The Seattle-based hospitality group previously called Northgate Hotels has announced a new name, 360˚ Hotel Group. The family-owned 360˚ Hotel Group collection currently includes: The Hampton Inn & Suites in Lynnwood, the Hotel Nexus at Northgate, and the Best Western Navigator Inn & Suites in Everett as well as the Berkshire Grill Restaurant at the Hotel Nexus.

“Our collection has been providing a complete service-oriented hospitality experience for more than 30 years,” says Shaiza Damji, Managing Director. “The new name better reflects our broad spectrum of offerings and commitment to providing our guests a hospitality experience focused on guest needs. It will also allow us to add more hotels to our collection with continued emphasis on high standards and offerings suited to meet the requirements of particular markets.”

The name change was spurred by multi-million dollar renovations and expansions of two hotels in the collection. The Best Western Navigator Inn & Suites has just opened an additional 27 suites and is being fully renovated to reflect an aviation theme. Highlights of the project include the installation of a 727 airplane wing and an F28 Focker fuselage as the porte-cochere entryway to reflect the hotel’s proximity to Seattle’s aviation destinations, such as the Boeing Everett Assembly Plant and the Future of Flight Interpretive Center. Hotel Nexus at Northgate recently fully renovated the hotel’s lobby, guestrooms and exterior providing personality and a fresh modern look. All properties will continue to offer comfort and value to leisure and business travelers throughout North Seattle.
