Director of Employee Experience
Deborah Mott joined our family in December 2017. She serves in a new position as Director of Employee Experience and is new to the hospitality industry. Deborah has worked in the private sector, healthcare, secondary education, and both federal and city government. Past roles include human resources, project management, accounting, teaching and counseling. Deb’s passion is working collaboratively to develop a corporate culture of adventurous, engaged and empathetic staff—people who love what they do and who they do it with and for. She is also an ardent advocate for Lean management and continuous process improvement. Deborah has Masters Degrees in Counseling Psychology and Communications. She lives in Edmonds with three teenagers, two cats and a beagle and enjoys cardio dance, cooking, working on puzzles and reading.
