Nick joined 360° as a front desk agent in 2018 and worked with us for several months before moving to another property in the area to climb the hospitality corporate ladder. After several more moves to various hotels in the area, Nick eventually returned to 360° in 2024 to become a General Manager at Hampton! Nick has done an excellent job reviving team morale after a difficult couple of years at the property, and his wealth of experience at other properties has given him perspective and grit in the face of the challenges he’s dealt with at 360.
