WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST 360 POSITION?

I started as the Front Office Manager at Hotel Nexus, a position I began in September 2024. With a strong background in hospitality operations, I oversee front office functions, guest services, and team leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience. I work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and management teams to maintain high service standards, resolve guest concerns efficiently, and optimize daily operations.

HOW DID YOU COME TO WORK WITH OUR COMPANY?

I was looking for an opportunity to grow in hospitality management, and Hotel Nexus stood out to me for its strong reputation in guest service and supportive team culture—the Front Office Manager role aligned with my experiences, skills and career goals. The company offers many opportunities for growth. I see it as an excellent step toward my long-term aspiration of becoming a General Manager.

WHAT THINGS DO YOU LIKE ABOUT YOUR JOB?

What I enjoy most in my role is creating positive guest experiences and ensuring each stay is memorable. This passion for hospitality led me to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Travel Management, as I’ve always loved traveling and providing excellent customer service. It’s gratifying when guests leave happy and feel well taken care of. I also value the variety in my role—every day brings new challenges, and I enjoy problem-solving, improving processes, and ensuring that Hotel Nexus runs smoothly.

WHAT IS THE MOST INTERESTING THING ABOUT YOU THAT’S NOT WORK-RELATED?

I enjoy hiking, cooking, playing badminton, and exploring new places and cuisines, which helps me relax and recharge. I love spending time with my family, and their support gives me the strength and motivation to overcome challenges in my personal life and at work.
