With nearly two decades of hospitality experience spanning three continents, Bridgit Adala brings a global perspective and a people-first approach to her role as General Manager at 360 Hotel Group.

Bridgit began her career at just 20 years old as an intern at Sunset Hotel in Kenya, where she discovered her passion for creating memorable guest experiences. At 21, she joined Emirates Airline as a flight attendant based in Dubai, where she spent over 11 years embracing international service standards and cultural diversity.

After relocating to the United States, Bridgit returned to her hospitality roots in 2019 as a Front Desk Associate at Hampton Inn, quickly advancing to Front Office Supervisor. She joined 360 Hotel Group in 2020 as Front Office Manager and was later promoted to General Manager in 2023.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family(husband Sami and their two children, Inaya and Zayne), traveling, and exploring new cuisine.
