Devin joined 360° in 2024 after moving from Alaska. After working for several years as an independent ski resort manager near Fairbanks, Alaska, he decided it was time to come in from the cold. After initially joining as a Front Office Manager for 360°’s Nexus property, Devin quickly exceeded expectations and was promoted to General Manager at the Best Western in Everett. In just a few weeks, Devin increased the efficiency of that property significantly, so it was not a surprise to see him move to manage 360’s larger Staybridge in 2025. Devin’s rise is proof that hard work and business sense still win the day in a very competitive job market. Devin lives with his fiancée, Sydney, in Seattle, WA.
