KayC joined 360° as a front desk agent in 2020, after working at several financial institutions near Seattle. Upon joining, she was quickly promoted to front desk supervisor because of her positive attitude, desire to learn, and ability to give guests a memorable and warm stay at Best Western. KayC received mentoring from multiple General Managers, where she learned new skills and was eventually promoted from supervisor to Front Desk Manager, then Assistant General Manager, and now General Manager! KayC is an example of how drive, communication skills, and persistence are consistently rewarded inside of 360°! KayC lives in Everett with her fiancé, stepson, and fur babies, and likes watching her stepson’s football games.
