Matthew joined 360° in 2023 as our Executive Chef and F&B Manager to help us open our new restaurants, the 5×5 Bar and Grill in Mukilteo and the Alder Table in Lynnwood. In September of 2024, Matthew also took over 360’s Accounts Payable duties; he is a man of many hats. Despite Matthew’s extensive training in French cuisine, he insists he loves donuts more than any other food. Matthew is a devoted Seahawks fan and wears Mercedes Silver on F1 race days. Matthew lives in Burien.
