Taylor joined 360° after the pandemic, and was the first corporate hire after the pandemic shutdown. Taylor was tasked with rebuilding the company and its culture after COVID and was promoted from HR Coordinator to HR Director in 2022. Since then, his portfolio has expanded significantly as the company’s needs have shifted, and he now oversees 360’s employer compliance, recruiting, safety, learning and development, benefits, L&I, compensation, payroll, employee relations, and culture-building programs. As you might expect, between employee orientations, manager seminars, benefits management, and a constantly changing legal landscape, it’s rarely a dull day; there’s always a new project or challenge!
