Walaa joined 360° in 2024 after completing her SHRM-CP certificate and has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. She came with a strong background in HR from her work in oil field services, the automotive industry, and electronic banking. She has brought an amazingly positive attitude, close attention to detail, and a passion for learning, making each day a new adventure. Walaa recruits, onboards, and orients our newest members, and works tirelessly to make sure our staff remains in legal compliance with the federal government during a difficult and confusing time. This last year, she has also used her accounting background to assist the accounting team and improve 360’s learning management system. Walaa lives with her husband Tamir and two children in Mukilteo.
