HOW DID YOU COME TO WORK WITH OUR COMPANY? TELL US YOUR STORY.
I began my hospitality career as a teenage at a small, locally-owned Inn in SeaTac, WA. My mother worked as a front desk agent there and encouraged me to take on my first job with her. I quickly fell in love with the excitement that is hotels!
A few years later, I moved to Mukilteo, WA where I applied for a front desk position at the Staybridge Suites Seattle North Everett, 360 Hotel Group’s newest hotel. I felt confident leaving my group interview and received a call back to start the following week. After 5 years learning all that I could there, I went out on my next adventure to become a Guest Services Manager in Seattle and a Front Office Manager in Bellevue.
Nearing the end of my FOM term, I coincidentally received a phone call from my former boss and mentor, Fawn Bowles the General Manager of the Staybridge Suites, curious if I was interested in an Assistant General Manager position alongside her. Within 4 weeks from that conversation, I was happy to be back with 360 Hotel Group and in the building where I solidified my love for the industry.
After some time, I wanted to challenge myself and requested to be transferred to our sister property, The Navigator Inn & Suites as the AGM. Prepared to learn a whole new system and set of skills from a new perspective, I dove right in. Soon after, a General Manager positioned opened and I excitedly applied right away. Following several interviews, I was selected to become the General Manager of the Navigator Inn & Suites in Everett, WA.

FAVORITE GUIDING PRINCIPLE
“Life is what you make of it”. I believe that no day is wasted and to never dwell on the past, even just yesterday. Every morning can be a fresh new beginning if you make it that way; you are in control of your own success and happiness.
MOST INTERESTING THING ABOUT YOU THAT’S NOT WORK-RELATED
