WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST 360 POSITION:
Housekeeping Room Attendant
HOW DID YOU COME TO WORK WITH OUR COMPANY?
I graduated from WWU in the spring of 2013 and knew that I loved Bellingham and wanted to make it my home, but I did not know how I was going to make that happen. I decided to apply for a job as a room attendant to make ends meet while I figured out what I wanted to do. I was surprised to discover how much I LOVED my housekeeping job and had found a second family in my coworkers.
Luckily, I ended up with an opportunity to complete 360’s housekeeping supervisor program. I realized that I loved hospitality and that this truly is where I want to be. I spent a little over a year and a half in the supervisor role before an opportunity presented itself to move up again, taking the title of Director of Housekeeping. I was delighted to find that 360 had created a management training program to help guide me through the transition.
Two years later, I still love my job and my team and am thrilled at our progress thus far. I cannot wait to see what the future brings!

FAVORITE GUIDING PRINCIPLE
Sometimes we spend more time with our coworkers than we do with our friends and family… it is so important to nurture those relationships and always treat one another with respect and understanding!
