Randi Sue Andrews
Corporate Controller
Hired:
HOW DID YOU COME TO WORK WITH OUR COMPANY? TELL US YOUR STORY.
I was hired by 360 Hotel Group as a bookkeeper in June 2002. I worked in a three-person accounting team that was in charge of three hotels including the Ramada Inn (now Hotel Nexus), Hampton Inn & Suites and Best Western Cambridge Inn, as well as the Berkshire Grill Restaurant in Seattle. I also helped to hand the closure of a construction company that had built several condominiums.
I was promoted to Accounting Manager/M3 Specialist in May 2008 when we changed accounting systems and moved our corporate office to Lynnwood. I was an integral part in the setup and implementation of their new web-based accounting system, now called M3 Accounting Core.
I became the Assistant Controller when the previous Controller, who had worked for Mr. Damji over 28 years, announced her retirement in 2013. When she left the company in February 2016, I became the Corporate Controller for 360 Hotel Group Ltd, which owns and manages six hotels, as well as the parent corporations and several partnerships.
